Senior Lead - Accounts - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, statutory audits, and adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and financial statements.

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Manage and maintain fixed assets accounting.

- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and ensure timely completion.

- Manage all statutory compliances and liaise with banks for smooth financial transactions.

- Implement and oversee internal financial controls to ensure data integrity and mitigate risks.

- Track and monitor project finances, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Proficient in utilizing SAP ERP System for streamlined accounting processes.

Key Qualifications:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification with 7-12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably steel industry.

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and financial reporting principles.

- Experience in leading and managing a team of accounting professionals.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP ERP System (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
