Senior Positions - L&D Sales forces
To ensure seamless integration of new joinees in the organizational fabric & facilitate the imbibing of values & culture of organization.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team member
- Training & competency development of Sales field Force (FO / managerial cadres) for higher productivity of all divisions.
- Prepare yearly training budget for all divisions
- Design the training calendar in liaison with SBU Heads
- Design, evolve & conduct
- Induction training for
- Territory managers
- First line managers
- Refresher training programmes (Medical & Selling skills) for territory managers
- Modules & training materials development for a/m programmes
- Develop, implement & monitor the Post-training follow-up systems till confirmation of TMs.
- Conceptualize & design new learning initiatives for sales field force ? E-module development, Online learning academy.
- Liase with external agencies to outsource the specialized training programmes
- Benchmark the internal training processes with the contemporary companies.
- Provide training & development inputs during business meets (Quarterly briefing meets, new product launches, sales review meetings)
- Provide directional inputs for up-gradation of in-house e-reporting & analysis systems
- Assistance to medical, marketing teams for strategic initiatives such as new products, promotional strategies.
- Support to HR function, competency mapping for sales & marketing field force, Assessment centers for developing talent pool.
