Sr L&D Professional - IT Product Company Bangalore

Work location : Bangalore ( HSR )

- Define the L&D strategy and roadmap for the organization, by working closely with the Top Management , CXOs, Delivery and Practice Heads in alignment with business needs.

- Bring in the expertise on the latest and best in class L&D strategies , to create an agile and business-focused L&D framework that will propel the organization growth

- Review current skills & future demand; Identify skill gaps and enable executive decisions of build vs buy, upskilling and reskilling

- Champion the Campus hire programs for engineering and management graduates to assimilate them to into the full stack technology roles to ensure that they hit the ground running

- Identifying various gap and competency mapping, performance management system.

- Relevant experience of 10-15 years in a similar leadership role of leading the learning portfolio in the IT and supply chain ,sales Domain

- Experience in working across various roles within L&D, especially Campus programs and Technology Capability would be an advantage.

- Excited about Technology, invested in continuous learning and upskilling in the new emerging technologies

- Partnering with business for strategic learning initiatives especially in Technology & Digital Leadership. Includes Learning strategy, Needs assessment, Leadership journey, Succession planning.

- This role is a pivotal role in driving the learning and development activities and in acting as advisor and partner to our business teams.lead, facilitate and coach for managerial development programs

- Talent assessment enabler and building robust culture within the organization.

- Strong focus on technology enablement and digital transformation.

- Hands on leader who has handled large scale projects & program management end to end.

- Candidate from Technology & Product companies are preferred !!
