Senior Kronos Consultant - HRIS

Must have :

- Over 10+ years of professional HRIS experience in Analysis, software design, development, Security, testing, and implementation of Kronos Workforce Dimensions.

- Led the implementation of Kronos Dimensions and Payroll modules, resulting in a 30% increase in system efficiency and accuracy.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS systems

- Experience with M&A planning and integration is a plus.

- Able to Coordinate with the HR compliance team to ensure the company's HRIS system met regulatory requirements and State/Federal Compliances.

- Worked in all Phases of Kronos Implementation namely - Planning, Requirement gathering, Analysis,

Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment

- Extensively involved in troubleshooting and fixing problems at the development, system testing, and post-production stages for various HRMS modules

- Experience with Multistate Timekeeping and labour laws.

- Experience with Kronos security like Role-based security, User-based, and Job-based Security. Set up Security Roles and Custom Security Roles.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, leadership, organization, and planning skills

- Positive attitude and ability to work through obstacles and roadblocks.

- Must be able to navigate through ambiguities and be flexible to multi-task with changing priorities.

- Strong detail orientation, follow-through capabilities, and escalation of critical issues

Responsibilities :

- Support the entire software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Kronos, Time Off, and Absence.

- Provide technical support and guidance to HR and business teams on the company's HRIS system.

- Developed and delivered HRIS training to new and existing employees.

- Participated in the implementation of a new Kronos system, providing input on system design and requirements.

- Enhancements for Business Process configuration/optimization, HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, providing recommendations, and troubleshooting issues.

- Experience configuring Payroll modules including Earnings codes, Deductions, Grades/Steps, Compensation, Overtime Configuration, Time Entry, and Payroll Processing.

- Worked very closely with Payroll SMEs in gathering requirements of Payroll integrations and configurations.

- Involved in Multi-state payroll processing along with Payroll accounting and Payroll journal entry posting.

- I have used agile systems and strategies to provide the organisation with quick and feasible solutions based on agile systems Manage Scope and change throughout the SDLC process of the product.

- Coordinated various kinds of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including regression testing, system testing, integration testing, and functional testing. Configured, Tested, and Validated all scope many Business Processes like Accrual calculations, Leave Pay coordination, Meal penalty attestation, employees' time calculation and Time and Leave processes, etc

- Worked in Agile methodology, actively participated in all stages of the Kronos project lifecycle, and developed and built inbound and outbound Integrations using Kronos reporting and API.

Configured Kronos security roles and groups to the required level of confidentially and segregation of duties.

- Configured Pay Groups and Pay policies in Kronos for different groups.
