Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliances works with clients across the financial services industries (NBFCs/ HFCs), helping our clients address their funding and portfolio growth requirements through co-lending/business correspondent partnerships and portfolio buyouts. Key responsibilities are given below:

1. Business Development: Scoping of market and generate new business in following segments-

a. Source portfolio buyout transactions (Direct Assignment) in line with the credit/ risk appetite of the organization or Term Loan

b. Identify targets for partnership to grow the retail business through co-lending and correspondence partnership

2. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on the entities where company is evaluating to partner for business development and due diligence of the underlying pool of assets

3. Portfolio & Risk Management

a. Managing of Direct Assignment portfolios purchased from different originators

b. Helping stakeholders in the organization with compliance, audit, monitoring and other requirements for the existing portfolio

c. Managing sourcing and co-lending partnerships

Experience:

- 2-10 yrs of total experience with atleast 1-3 years of experience in corporate lending (preferably Financial Institutions clients), OR Digital or Co-lending partnerships

Qualification: CA / MBA
