Duties and Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Leverage the existing relationship with eCommerce company & build unique eCommerce finance to consumers & sellers fulfillment experience across eCommerce market place based upon business strategy and priorities for the organization.
Identify potential eCommerce marketplace players for tie up for :
- Financing of consumer purchases on eCommerce marketplace
- Financing to Seller's basis the inventory sold on eCommerce marketplace
- Cross-selling on their database.
- Design innovative promotions with eCommerce marketplace and ensure visibility of the company's No Cost EMI Finance schemes in their print media ads.
- Maximize revenue generation from these eCommerce marketplace players.
- Drive EMI card and existing customer volumes at eCommerce marketplace players.
Relationship Management :
- Engage with E-commerce marketplace players to build and strengthen relationship
- Devise business plan for eCommerce marketplace players.
- Create customer pull for the company's EMI schemes through various mediums
- Build processes to ensure, on time service delivery to eCommerce marketplace players.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of receivables for eCommerce marketplace players
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of eCommerce marketplace players are timely addressed
- Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to eCommerce marketplace players
- Identify revenue leakages in system, and build processes to prevent revenue loss
