Sr Key Account Manager - Corporate Salary vertical for Top Bank

- Corporate Salary business vertical is a part of Retail Liabilities division of our Consumer Bank segment.

- The sales team primarily comprises of Account Managers, Key Account Managers,

Reports to:- Territory Manager

Job Role :

- Will be responsible for location business targets for core & cross sell.

- Will have to work on defined CAT A & B Accounts for penetration and achieve business goals.

- Individual Acquisition & Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies.

- Should ensure corporate account profitability by maintaining salary upload percentage above 85% at all times.

- CAT A & B with the minimum average salary of 20k should be the focus target.

Job Requirements :

- Should be self-starter/high on energy.

- Sales focus in driving volume target & CV

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Candidate should be confident/aggressive & team player.

- Passion for Corporate / Out-Door Selling.

- Should be a post graduate(preferably an MBA)

- At least 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales.
