Senior IT Recruiter
Big4 is hiring Senior IT recruiter for Hyderabad/Bangalore location
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine staffing needs and understand job requirements.
2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified IT professionals across region.
3. Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other channels to source potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidate's technical skills and qualifications.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing offer negotiations.
6. Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals, fostering long-term relationships for future hiring needs.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and stakeholders on the recruitment status and progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's Degree (STEM), preferred MBA Graduate / PMP Certified with experience of more than 7+ years as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the technology and IT sector.
2. Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
3. Familiarity with sourcing strategies and tools, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
5. Ability to conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
9. Fluency in English is required.
