Key Responsibilities:
- Managing BU stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs.
- Manpower Demand fulfillment for Business Units. managing Status updates and reviews for hiring activities.
- Vendor management.
- Ensuring timely closure of Open Demands.
- Making and maintaining hiring dashboard and floating it to higher management for review.
Required Skills:
- Alteast 2-5 Years of IT recruitment exp.
- Minimum 2 years exp managing E2E hiring program for a complete BU independently.
- Capability to Manage BU Stake holders and perodic reviews.
- Atleast 1 year recent experience with corporate is MANDATORY.
- Good in Excel and Powerpoint.
