Job Title: Group Senior IT Auditor

About the role:

We are seeking a Group Senior IT Auditor to join our internal audit team and contribute to strengthening IT governance, risk management, and compliance across our global operations. This role reports directly to the Group Head of Internal Audit and offers significant career development opportunities in an internationally dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently plan and execute IT audits at the Group level, including business unit reviews.

- Conduct risk assessments and audit IT processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.

- Identify, assess, and provide recommendations for improving internal control deficiencies.

- Prepare and deliver audit reports to key stakeholders, offering actionable insights.

- Support the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Roadmap and risk-based audit planning processes.

- Lead and participate in entry and exit meetings with management to discuss audit findings.

- Assess and enhance financial reporting controls, business operations, and compliance with internal policies.

- Conduct quality assessment reviews and support the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) per IIA standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Qualifications: CA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.

- Experience: 10-12 years in IT audit roles within international companies (banking, commodity trading, Big 4 consulting, FMCG, or multinational corporations).

- IT Governance & Risk: Strong knowledge of COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks.

- Cybersecurity Expertise: In-depth experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.

- Application & Cloud Security: Knowledge of access management and cloud system risks.

- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other global IT regulations.

- Financial Systems Auditing: Experience with ERP platforms like MS Dynamics AX is preferred.

- Data Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze IT systems for anomalies and risks using advanced audit techniques.

- Soft Commodities Trading Experience (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
