Senior IT Associate - SAP Financial Project Leader

- Person should have managed 1-2 SAP Financial and HCM Projects end-to-end for any organization, preferably for Financial organization.

- Should be proficient in SAP Financial modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting,Financial Closure And Internal Order.

- Should be proficient in understanding Financial term, Double entry account system, Taxation (direct/indirect), Configuring Ledger/Sub-Ledger, Branch / Head Office Accounting, Profit Center/Cost Center Accounting etc.

- Should have working experience on Project management tool like MPP and should have exposure of working in each phase of the project life cycle.

- Should be able to assess project risk, mitigations plans.

- Should be able to manage vendor, internal team and stakeholders.

- Should be able to control project scope creep, schedule and cost.

- Manage and control multiple projects of similar or different nature, related or not-related.

- Understand business objective of the underlying projects and develop project plan to meet the objective.

- Develop and manage project plan

- Manage application incidents and close them with the help of the vendor.

- Manage and review test plan, monitor test case execution and arrange timely fix of all defects to meet business objective.

- Organize stakeholder meetings, provide periodic updates to the project stakeholders, develop project dashboard & reports.

- Manage Vendor.

- Manage Project Budget.
