Senior Investment Banker - Industrial/Infrastructure & Logistics Sector

Role: Senior Investment Banker, Responsible for business origination and execution for Industrial, Infrastructure and Logistics Sector.

Reporting to : Head of Investment Banking

Experience : 14+ Years

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

- Responsible for coverage of corporate clients in Industrials, Infrastructure & Logistics [II&L] Sector.

- Deal origination and execution in II&L verticals.

- Role includes generating business/ mandates for M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets, fund raising (IPOs, QIPs)

- Bringing new corporate relationships to the company and maintaining & nurturing the existing ones

- Developing the eco system for II&L

- Focus will be both on domestic and cross border deals

- Sector focus - Industrials, Infrastructure & Logistics

Requirement :

- Strong industry client relationships and relationships with Private Equity Funds

- Experience in sector coverage and origination

- At least 14 to 18 years of experience in investment banking space

- Candidate shall be analytical, multi-tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching skills and be able to lead and manage team of junior bankers.
