1. Building relationships with clients & educating them about Investments
2. Client Acquisition as per targets and cross selling of third party products (MF, Insurance, FD, RBI Bonds etc)
3. Client meetings directly and joint meets along with Bank PBG RM`s
4. Pitching our research ideas to customers.
Key Requirements:
1. Graduation/PG is must.
2. NISM 8 certification (Equity & derivatives) / NISM 5 certification (Mutual Funds)
3. Stock Market knowledge is mandatory.
4. Should possess excellent communication skills.
- Monitor and address HNI clients banking and investment requirements.
- Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value.
- Achievement of product-wise targets and cross selling products as per the demographic and risk profiling.
- Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI clients for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
- Resolution of queries for all managed clients with TAT specified.
