Looking for an ambitious young person full of zeal to take India's leading CA Firm to just another level. Our client is a fast growing CA Firm based out of Delhi.Currently responsible for services like Taxation,Regulatory,Transaction Advisory And Audit & Insurance.

Role : Senior Internal Audit

Experience : 7 years - 11 years

CTC : Best in the Industry

Location : Delhi

Key deliverables :

- Identify and evaluate client's risk areas covering all significant processes and provide comprehensive input to the development of a risk-based annual interna audit plan, Develop relevant audit programs & procedures incl. Risk & Control Matrix (RCM)

- Plan, allocate, supervise & monitor the work of the internal audit team comprising Chartered Accountants & Article Assistants across all assignments

- Manage performance of audit procedures & ensure overall quality of engagement deliverables and processes.

- Create new / suggest modifications for the improvement of existing Standard Operating Procedures / Internal Control Procedures

- Draft written reports & participate in presentations to Senior Management /Board of Directors of client groups

- Play an active role in hiring & mentoring your team members and developing their skill sets via periodic trainings.
