Senior Integral Project Manager - Manufacturing Firm

End-to-End leading of a large project or set of projects to develop a digital system comprising of embedded/application software, sourcing and configuring hardware, cloud provisioning. From the project start until go-live, or internal delivery, by gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domain, e.g. agile software development. Manages projects, ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.

1. Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.

2. Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and business impact.

3. Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective.

4. Understanding of digital technologies, including emerging trends such as AI, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Data analytics. Had prior experience in effectively managing and deployed them.

5. Able to set and develop strategic direction in close alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders and Organizational understanding and in-depth knowledge of all business/functions, competitors, and market trends and ability to translate this into strategic objectives.

6. 7-12 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.

7. Master's degree - preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or similar PMP certification

8. Experience in leading projects in the Mining and Metals industry is a plus.

9. Implement standards, processes, and tools used for effective project management and maintain all project-related documentation and deliverables.

10. Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, Gate Phase methodology and project management tools such as Plan view, etc.
