Qualification:
- Graduate/PG with relevant qualification.
- Pleasing personality with excellent Communication skills esp. English language proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite
- We would certainly prefer candidates having experience in designing and developing learning solutions for domestic/international clients & have developed content for various industry domains.
Job Description (Indicative Only):
Design comprehensive and innovative instructionally sound training solutions for various learning interventions including web-based modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, and documentation, gamifications, simulations and SCORM-compliant training solutions, effectively incorporating technological, andragogical, and instructional designing practices.
- Support presales to work on RFPs, RFQs, proposals, approach notes and create PoCs and wireframes.
- Analyse training needs and develop programs that maximize knowledge transfer by aligning recognized best practices of instructional theory with business strategies.
- Write and review storyboards, wireframes, final outputs, peer-work and improvise it within the scope of work.
- Knowledge of UXD
- Ability to apply instructional theories to a variety of contexts.
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Maintain successful client relationships to manage various accounts and increase revenue.
- Customize processes to make it more efficient for successful execution of each project.
- Gather and document project requirements to carve project specific guidelines.
- Possess sound knowledge of latest technology and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Vyond to leverage design and clients' requirements.
- Aware of common LMS's.
- Adapt changing project scenarios and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work as a team player with a positive attitude.
