Senior Influencer Marketing Manager | Ai Driven - EdTech Startup
Responsibilities:
1. Device and execute end-to-end Influencer Marketing strategy for our brand.
2. Identify, build and maintain a working relationship with repertoire of Influencers
3. Connect with creators and global influencers, unlocking and scaling their potential to drive LearnTube's growth objectives.
4. Competitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social media
5. Work on a business model to work with the influencers to optimise the results through the association on a long term basis
6. Innovate in monetisation tactics through influencer, referral, and affiliate marketing, optimising ROI.
7. Forge and nurture meaningful brand partnerships, enhancing product offerings and leveraging partner brands.
8. Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships, maximizing collaboration outcomes
Requirements:
1. Solid background in influencer marketing, preferably in startups or the ed-tech sector, with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Exceptional communication skills with excellent negotiation and people management abilities.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
4. Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends, especially on Instagram and YouTube
5. Proven ability to identify creators, manage creator expectations and align them with brand expectations.
6. Awell-connected professional with a strong presence on LinkedIn and a track record of collaborative campaign execution.
7. Abroad understanding of marketing functions, from performance marketing to market research.
