Senior Implementation Consultant - ERP/SAP

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of ERP and SCM solutions at client sites, ensuring alignment with client business processes and requirements.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from solutioning to roll-out, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet client expectations and business goals.

- Deliver end-user training, obtain necessary sign-offs, and ensure effective utilization of the software by the client.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

- Oversee project financials, including profitability and collections, ensuring that projects meet financial targets.

- Provide regular project updates internally and externally, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, and assist in defining project scope and proposal development as needed.

- Conduct user-review sessions, gather feedback, and drive necessary refinements to ensure the solution meets client needs.

- Travel to client locations as necessary to oversee implementation and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate

Experience (Mandatory):

- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting firms.

- 3+ years of experience in implementing/delivering SCM solutions (e. , SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, etc.

- Strong expertise in the Supply Chain / Logistics domain with hands-on project management and delivery experience for ERP solutions.

- Experience in leading projects within Management Consulting firms or B2B SaaS companies (e. , Accenture, Deloitte, SAP, Oracle).

Preferred: SaaS experience is strongly preferred
