Senior Human Resources Specialist

Location: Pune (ONSITE).

Job Description:.

- Manage end to end recruitment process for various IT & Non-IT roles, referrals and end to end campus hiring.

- Candidate Engagement

- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

- Connect with Hiring manager and prepare individual role and job descriptions.

- Vendor Management.

- Maintain and update employees' details on ATS.

- Maintain leaves data and other confidential data of employees.

- Prepare monthly attendance report.

- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.

- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

- Plan and coordinate the workforce to the best use of employee talent.

- Conduct new employee induction.

- Support in onboarding process & complete the documentations and conduct exit interview, Complete documentation & maintain the documentation.

- Manage and host various employee engagement activities.

Job Qualifications:.

- MBA /Masters in any discipline.

- MBA from HRM will be given preference.

- PGDHRM will be counted as an added advantage.

- Minimum 5 to 7 year's experience from relevant industry.
