Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, as well as company-wide policies.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective policies that align with organizational goals and values.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to assess policy needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic solutions to address HR-related challenges.

- Research and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging HR issues to inform policy development and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Draft and communicate new policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees, managers, and stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure understanding and compliance.

- Manage the policy review and approval process, coordinating with key stakeholders, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies to obtain feedback and finalize policies in a timely manner.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and programs, collecting feedback, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policy matters, providing guidance and advice to management, HR staff, and employees on policy interpretation, application, and enforcement.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices and processes to ensure adherence to established policies, identify areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and related communications, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality as appropriate.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Master's degree or HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

- Proven experience in HR policy making and company policy making, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on policy development, implementation, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and interpret complex information and data.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate policies and procedures clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
