Responsibilities:
You will be joining a fast growing company and will get to be a part of our exponential growth trajectory this year. The role would be the ideal stepping stone from a middle management to a top management HR role.
The position shall involve an array of responsibilities with primary focus on hiring, setting up processes & policies and collaborating closely with founders in establishing a solid organization structure and work culture. You will also be actively involved in tailoring the overall onboarding experience, employee engagement and performance management within the company.
Qualifications/Skillset
- MBA/Masters degree in Human Resources plus 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager (or relevant position)
- Command over HR Management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc. Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent at both written and spoken communication in English
