Job Description:

Role Expectations:.

- Champion the employee experience across the lifecycle.

- Implementation and efficacy of Talent Information System (HRMS).

- Overseeing HR databases and internal software.

- Resolving all employee-related issues and queries, through tech solutions.

- Driving automation in People Processes.

- Implement People data analytics.

- Drive accurate compensation disbursement cycles, payroll and rewards cycles.

- Collaborate with team members and across functions in the development, implementation, communication, and training of programs and policies.

- Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend edits based on dipstick understanding and benchmarks.

- Understand and implement all new and upcoming compliance requirements.
