Job Title : Human Resource Business Partner - Sales
Job Summary :
- As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in sales, you will be responsible for aligning.
- HR strategies and initiatives with the objectives of the sales department. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, providing guidance and support on various HR matters. This role requires a deep understanding of both HR principles and the sales function, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Support :
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support sales objectives.
- Provide input on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning specific to the sales function.
Employee Relations :
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, including performance concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Talent Development, identify training and development needs within the sales team and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and performance.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Partner with the compensation team to ensure sales compensation plans are competitive, aligned with business goals, and effectively communicated to the sales team.
- Provide guidance on benefits programs and assist sales employees with inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
HR Metrics and Reporting :
- Track key HR metrics related to sales performance, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, with a focus on supporting sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritie effectively.
