Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with any HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HCM or similar (ADP Enterprise or ADP Workforce Now or Kronos experience is mandatory)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Business Intelligence technology including PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- Handles confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, Company personnel and others.
