Role

The incumbent will be required to provide leadership to the entity of the group on issues of Learning, Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness.

Developing and executing an integrated Talent Management and Development Strategy in line with the Business HR Strategy will be a critical deliverable for this role.

The incumbent will be expected to participate in Talent Management & Leadership Development, Learning and Organization Effectiveness projects

Knowledge of Psychometric tools and assessment centres preferred
