We have reqt for HR professionals with 10-15 years exp from 1997-2001 batches for MNC Shared Services centre as HRBP in Pune and Mumbai location with global exposure

Scope of role is Employee Relations and engagements , C&B surveys, Talent Management and retention , Recruitment planning , training and development ,HR policy and framework and other related HR functions if required.
