This position is an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Team and leads first line HR support for employees, managers and HR colleagues, especially with client groups in the Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Directly supervises a team to resolve HR operational requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues within the service levels agreed upon. These include capability development, capacity management, workload distribution, quality assurance, and performance metrics reporting.
- Monitors & handles employee requests through ITSM system, emails, drop-ins and HR calls throughout the day, ensuring professional and quality outcomes.
- Focused on Continuous Improvements - solicit regular feedback and proactively recommend and implement solutions to ensure processes and service levels meets and exceeds expectations.
- Conducts Quality Checks - ensures documents for training and process execution are updated, readily accessible, and supports business continuity
- Monitors team performance, budget/spend, vendor service level agreements, and customer satisfaction
- Serves as an interface to the HR Centers of Excellence (like Staffing, Learning, Benefits etc.), HR Business Partners and non-HR functional departments (like IT, Facilities, Security etc.) to appropriately and effectively resolve/escalate/facilitate resolution of requests
- Provides policy and process support; liaising with specialist groups and ensures smooth policy/process execution
- Manages at the India site level all HR Operational activities including onboarding, benefits administration, statutory reporting/compliance, effective offboarding (employee exit and full & final settlement) and HR inputs for payroll

- Leading a junior HR team - reviews and assesses talent and performance against documented processes and service level agreements, a keen eye on efficiency/effectiveness
- Problem-Solving in context to HR Operational issues - knowledge and experience in HR operational programs/activities, resourceful and innovative, resilient
- System and Tools - 2-3 years' experience with HR enterprise resource planning; advance excel skills to provide reporting, analytics and performance dashboards
