Our client is a leading player in the Infrastructure and Utilities sector and is growing exponentially in India due to their continuous investments. At the back of this growth, they are looking to create fundamentally strong expert teams to grow the company processes with an equal aggression.They are currently looking to hire for a HR Operations lead who would be reporting into the CHRO and will work with a team of 8 - 10 reports.
Description
Reporting into the CHRO and having a team of 8 - 10 professionals, your responsibilities in a project environment will include:
- Designing and Execution of the end to end HR Operations strategy for employees in India including hire to retire process, compliances, Compensation and benefits, payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, Exit management and HR dashboards in a multi site environment
- Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes
- Handle end to end compliances including Labor laws, site related specific to statutory compliances across multiple sites
- Managing and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders
- Be thorough in developing process excellence and process enhancements across corporate and project sites too
- Be an engine for HR Analytics and work closely with the senior business stakeholders as a problem solver for all strategic business issues
- Close interaction and providing active support to CEO and business heads on driving HR policies and processes
Profile
- 16 - 22 yrs. of experience in a strong and specialist HR operations portfolio is a must have
- Suitable candidates can come from industries that operate in a distribution and regional or zonal set up in India. Candidate should come from handling a multi site experience
- Candidates only with a Full time MBA from a premier B school will be considered (XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI/IMT/SIBM/SIMS/IMI/FORE)
- Candidates with an ability to improvise the end to end HR processes and take the organization to top rank through process excellence
- Strong problem solving capability
- Senior stakeholder management experience and extremely impressive communication skills is a must have
- Must have the ability to connect with people from varied demographics (field supervisor to the CEO)
- Excellent people management skills and ability to handle people based in multiple sites is a must have
- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing business environment
- Excellent presentation skills
