A Large conglomerate having diverse business interests across the globe is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead for its Renewable Energy Business.
Job Purpose
To Support and manage the TA/TM role for the organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient Business operations. The role includes Supporting TA Head, across the Renewable Energy business & helping achieve hiring objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Hands on Exp in Manpower Planning & Budgeting
- Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition & Management
- Execute Hiring on basis of the approved manpower plan
- Ensuring proper fitment of identified candidates as per internal grade and salary benchmarks
- Drive diversity targets through hiring
- Supporting/Managing end to end recruitment process for all the requirements across all levels
- Overseeing the recruitment channels Partners, Deployment of Technology; improving & Effectiveness of recruitment
- Managing Campus Hiring - Engineering/B Schools
- Managing Campus Relations, Employer Branding across the targeted spectrum; Experience of Working on EVP
- MIS/TA Reports to Management
- Supporting business managers and function heads in rating distribution as per organization mandate
- TM - Driving continuous employee engagement and actions to ensure rise in engagement score for the business
- Managed employee engagement surveys through external surveys
- Spearhead post survey exercise basis the survey results in collaboration with employee groups
Skills/Exp
- MBA from good B-School with 8-9 years exp/Tier 2-3 Schools 10-12 yrs
- Excellent communication Skills
- Analytical Ability
- Influencing skills & Stakeholder Management
