They have won the Power2sme Spirit of Manufacturing Awards in 2017 and the founder has made it to Business World 40 under 40 Achievers list. The company has recently raised strategic funding from a bunch of angel investors to topline in next quarter and also expand into international geographies - US, UK and the Middle East.
As a Sr. HR Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for recruiting staff and managing all the generalist activities for the company.
What you will do:
- Handling Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and Management
- Being responsible for the personal and professional development of the organisations personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
- Being involved in Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counselling
- Being involved in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
- Ensuring HR policy development and documentation inline with the company's corporate vision.
- Being involved in performance management working closely with senior management within the organisation.
- Developing compensation and benefits systems that fit the company's HR responsibilities.
- Being a key member of any decision making process regarding employee communication and the originator of any content sent to employees.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have -
- MBA from Tier 1 college
- Experience from FMCG preferred
- Excellent communication and Organisational skills
- Quick Decision making and Problem solving skills
- Interpersonal and People Management skills
- Willing for moderate local travel
