Senior HR Manager - Comp & Ben, Statutory
HR Operations experience along with Comp & Ben, Statutory Compliance
Currently in Retail/ QSR is preferred. Candidates from other industries and currently in Retail/ QSR for past 3 years is also fine. Candidates from Retail/ QSR (7 years) moved to other industries for the last two years is also ok.
Candidate should have independently managed :
- C&B
- Payroll
- HR Budgets
- HRIS
- PMS
- HR operations
- Core HR
Need candidates who have minimum 10 to 12 and can go upto 15 yrs of experience with Good Retail/QSR companies.
