This position is responsible for providing full lateral recruitment support to hiring managers in the assigned client groups. This includes working closely with HR Coverage & providing coaching and direction to recruiters and BU managers regarding recruitment policies & processes
Scope & Responsibilities :
Develop lateral recruiting strategies including :
- Vendor management
- Introducing new agency relationships
- Improving direct candidate resourcing
- Driving the employee referral program.
- Enhancement of advertising (internal/external) strategies if required
- Recruitment drives whenever required
- Effectively manage the recruitment team to provide lateral recruiting solutions to HR coverage colleagues and business units.
- Manage and monitor performance of all lateral recruitment solutions and report to HR and business unit management on performance.
- Develop the recruiting abilities of the recruiting team and key hiring managers.
- Periodically acquire market intelligence and use the same to educate & guide hiring managers.
- Oversee and actively manage recruitment agencies.
- Devise local hiring metrics inclusive of Firm diversity initiatives.
- Manage and drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Desired Profile :
- Graduate / MBA with 7 years experience in a recruiting role, either from a headhunting/agency environment or working in-house at a financial/IT services firm or other significant MNC.
- Strong time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize.
- At least two years experience of managing people.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail orientation & strong client service skills.
- Ability to liaise at all levels within the organization and experience of advising senior management on recruitment strategy and driving change at a senior level.
- Financial Services recruitment or IT recruitment experience is preferred.
