Client is looking for experience in the following areas :
- Managing HR activities of a plant with a minimum headcount of 800 people
- Managing both internal and external unions (politically backed)
- Capable of resolving internal issues within the plant
- Extremely strong in Liasioning with government authorities and local politicians
- Very strong in HR & IR
- Must have initiated wage negotiations and completed wage settlements
- Well connected with local HR professionals
- Must be from a labour intense industry (not automated)
- Capable of initiating disciplinary action such as domestic enquiries/suspensions
