Position Summary : Assisting the VP- HR to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B, & HR Automation strategy for the organization.
Key Accountability :
- Driving and formulating/implementing HR processes (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation).
Interacting with Senior Management/Leadership Teams on :
- HR issues
- Payroll inputs and related queries,
- Performance management systems,
- Appraisal and Increment cycles
Skills Required :
- MBA//PGDBM qualified from a reputed institute 5 years of experience in total with 2 years in compensation and benefits role and performance management.
- Experience in HR systems is required.
- Tier I MBA candidates are preferred
