The Role :
Work with the VP - Human Resources to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B, HR Automation strategy for the organization.
- Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business.
Stake holder Management of :
- Payroll team for payroll inputs and related queries.
- Compensation & Benefits team to drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles.
- Leadership Team.
The Person :
- MBA in Human Resources (CAT A Institutes ).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
- Proven experience of HR systems.
- Experience in TA
