Responsibilities:
- Centrally ran Compensation for employees in annual cycle | Cash Compensation and ESOPs
- Part of team working on redefining the Competency Framework and Career Ladder in Engineering
- Conceptualized Tech Exhibition Expo for encouraging the internal movement & knowledge transfer
- Formulated the Marketing Strategy and the Execution Framework for the Tech Expo, Spotlight
- Responsible for Gaps Analysis and Designing Charge Up, the Manager Capability Building Program
- Responsible for execution of PMS Strategy in Engineering Group and ensuring success across BUs
- Reviewed current HR and Technical policies | Suggested the solutions on the basis of SDEs- inputs
- Benchmarking of Recognition avenues across different Groups and suggested a common framework
- Part of the Engagement Core Team for the Perfect Delivery Charter | Implemented the Framework
- Individually handling whole Learning and Development Charter for the Engineering Group centrally
- Facilitation of the Performance Appraisals, Compensation Restructuring and Learning Interventions
- Formulation of Engagement Charter for all BUs | Talent Review, SWOT Analysis & Pulse Check
- Quick Resolution of Employee Grievances by acting as interface between COEs, Business and HRS
