Job Description
Lead strategic initiatives and work with the CoEs to implement across the business.
Talent Management & Coaching
- Designing and executing programmes for employees to get familiarized with performance management system.
- Goal setting for the team and enable the team to achieve the set goals.
- Review the performance of the team on a regular basis.
- Facilitating Mid-Year Review and Appraisals.
- Identifying critical positions and implementing succession planning across functions and levels as per the directives.
- Responsible for Designing and implementing a structured R&R (Roles and responsibility) process.
HRIS :
- Customization & Implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Software
OD initiatives :
- Competency mapping, Salary survey & benchmarking exercise
- Organizing Employee satisfaction survey- Gallop, Organization climate surveys.
Learning & Development :
- Training Need Analysis, Annual training calendar, Orientation and induction of new employee.
On boarding & Separations :
- Responsible for performing the on-boarding process for specific positions, updating and sending offer letter, setting up the background check and health check, completing the joining formalities, enrollment into the required system, and other associated tasks.
- Reducing TAT (Thematic Apperception Test)for exit initiation, exit interview and analysis &Preparation of F&F (full & final) statement
Employee Engagement :
- Employee Engagement Surveys- Gallop
- Planning and overseeing Employee Wellness program
- Conducting New Employee Orientations and Training programs.
- Celebration of employee individual milestones.
- Birthday and Anniversary celebrations.
Change Management :
- Change initiatives in OD in Govt. department (Ranchi Municipal Corporation).
- Implementing Training Calendars & Capacity Building Programme for Govt. Officials.
HR Help Desk :
- Handling HR Helpdesk for entire employee relations issues/grievance and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues.
Manpower Planning, Recruitment/Resourcing :
- End to End recruitment, campus recruitment, handled manpower consultancy etc.
- Managing entire recruitment life cycle up to middle senior level.
