Job Title: HR Senior Manager (Cyber City, Gurgaon)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our office in Cyber City, Gurgaon. As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions and ensure the efficient operation of our human resources department. You will play a crucial role in employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and HR software implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact and provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement and administer HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HRIS data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Research and stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to provide proactive recommendations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement HR software systems to streamline HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations in India.
- Experience in implementing and utilizing HR software systems for HRIS, performance management, or other HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
