Key Responsibilities:
- Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.
- Acting as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
- Collaborate with functional subject matter experts to improve existing new employee onboarding, training and development programs
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions to implement the required training
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers
- Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective
- Designing staple curriculums for all employees
Key Requirements :
- A minimum of 10 years experience handling training programs with visible results
- Graduate / Post Graduate from reputable institutes
- Shown ability to build learning plans linked to organization goals
- Experience in a startup set up is a plus
- Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in areas of ambiguity
- Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment with demonstrated success in managing international collaborations
- Strong listening skills and consistent attention to details
- Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of Management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
