Designation : Sr. Manager, L&D
Reporting to : VP HR
Responsibilities :
- Managing internal as well as External Training, its budget, Calendar etc.
- Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with key business stakeholders.
- Designing a continuous training program.
- Liaising with other managers in the business to identify new training priorities and implement new programes
- Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets, as well as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program
- Developing effective induction programmes, conducting appraisals, devising individual learning plans, producing training materials for in house courses
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback to all levels of the business
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals
