Description:

- Lead the Compensation & Benefits, ELCM & HR Ops team

- Lead the Performance Management for the entire organization

- Custodian of AOP and Manpower planning, HR Dashboard and MIS

- Lead HR Projects - R&R, GPTW

- Monitor, Update, Revise and on need basis formulate HR policies

- Monitor Payroll, Compliance, Audits and onboarding process

Profile:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in compensation and benefits

- Should be based in Mumbai
