Senior HR Manager - IT/ITES

We are having an opening for the position of Sr. HR Manager.

Qualification – BSc/B.Com/BA with MBA HR

Exp – 10-12 yrs, in IT and ITES industry

Location: Pune

Generalist HR experience which includes knowledge of conceptualising and deploying HR process and policies in the areas of Performance Management, Leadership Development and training, Compensation & benefits, Employee Engagement and Retention. Business and Industry knowledge to apply above process will be important.

Exposure to legal and labour laws will be good

Key Attributes :

Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to independently draft employee wide communications, Presentation skills, Analytical ability – Ability to present data with analysis and not just intuitively , Employee friendly and able to build rapport at all levels (extrovert),High on Empathy and enthusiasm.

Result oriented and ability to think independently
