Sr HR Manager at Gurgaon
We have an urgent opening for a top IT company - Gurgaon for HR Manager.
Job Description:
1. Would be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and retention activities for North region. The region includes, NCR, North Central and Frontier North regions.
2. Drive the talent management & retention charter and HR best practices in the region - ensure timely closure of TED SLAs (Skip meetings, Confirmatory Appraisals, NMAs’, G&O for new employees, Induction for new employees, One on One’s with employees, Reward & Recognition program, site visits etc)
3. Lead the people engagement mandate by strategizing and anchoring various events & interventions which includes driving national level initiatives in the region.
4. Track trends in employees concerns / behaviour and proactively address talent issues before they impact business
5. Ensure collaborative efforts and drive synergy between various lines of businesses.
6. Run to attrition plan for the region and arrest any possible indicators of attrition by designing suitable interventions.
Profile:-
1. Good Knowledge and appreciation of HR Processes, Policies and Labour laws.
2. Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support with in the organizational framework
3. Good Oral and Written Communication skills Interpersonal sensitivity; ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key
4. Ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
5. Ability to handle a wide variety and volume of transactions.
