Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on HR matters.

- Talent Management:

- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including creating job descriptions, managing job postings, and coordinating with recruitment agencies.

- Develop and implement employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

- Employee Relations:

- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Performance Management:

- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and processes.

- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback.

- Compliance and Policy Development:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal changes and best practices.

- Monitor and address any compliance issues related to employment practices.

- Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee compensation planning and salary reviews to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure alignment with industry standards.

- Organizational Development:

- Support organizational change initiatives and manage change management processes.

- Identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities.

- Facilitate team-building activities and leadership development programs.

- HR Administration:

- Manage HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.

- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management.

- Oversee HR staff and ensure effective delegation of responsibilities
