Job Title: Sr. Manager - HR Analytics
Reports to: Zonal Head
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytics - including related cost data to provide insight for effective business decision making.
2. Analyzing / reporting / visualizing the cause and effect of trends and anomalies
3. Present relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business
4. Prior experience of HR reporting & analytics.
5. Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
6. Sound judgment, decision making and problem solving skills
7. Presentation of data within tabular and graphical format including Advanced MS Excel skills
8. Experience of manipulating and analyzing high volumes of data to produce reports and analytics
9. Prepare & Publish HR metrics and detailed reports on workforce with daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly & annual Manpower/Headcount Reports.
10. Suggest enhancements required for effective reporting of workforce.
11. Develop dashboard templates, data capture mechanism, reporting methods and data audit
12. Ensure high level of control environment in managing sensitive HR data and reporting, build solid process documentation and must deliver satisfactory risk and control review against any and all processes performed by the team.

Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws & compliance.
Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.
Experience working in a vibrant, fast changing environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources
7 yrs to 11 years of work experience in HR Analysis
