Senior HR Manager (Bangalore) - Work From Office
- Recruitment: Lead a strategic talent acquisition and retention process.
- Employee engagement: Promote a one-team mindset. Build and nurture a culture that fosters collaboration across the entire organization including across functions and geographies.
- Employee relations: Work closely with the Director HR in problem resolution or performance counseling with employee issues. In conjunction with management, conduct thorough and objective mediation.
- Advisory role: Work closely with the Director HR in implementing HR best practices and processes for employees, and help managers effectively manage the professional growth of their team members. Provide guidance on delivering and receiving feedback, addressing employee relations issues and succession planning.
- Performance management: Develop and facilitate a performance management program that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and mission. Collaborate with the leaders on annual growth and development processes.
- Employee growth: Formulating and spearheading the implementation of learning and development programs across all departments of the company. Building a comprehensive talent management program that includes career development and succession planning.
- Benefits and compensation: Develop a comprehensive benefits plan that is cost-effective and also meets the needs of employees, regularly benchmarking against industry trends and employee feedback. Ensure that our compensation packages remain competitive and are structured in an efficient manner.
- HR Automation: Contribute to the journey of simplification, innovation & automation within HR systems and related HR operations processes. Apply design thinking and other optimization frameworks to deliver smarter digital processes centered around employee experience & efficiency creation within HR systems and wider HR operations..
Required :
- Master's degree from premium institutes in HR with 10+ years experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment with at least 5+ years of experience leading a people function within a values-based and outcomes-focused environment
- Familiarity with HR best practices and defining policies from scratch
- Prior experience with payroll, benefits, retirement plans, and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits
