- Manage compensation & benefits for all Brightstar Telecomunications locations centrally at a corporate level
- Develop new compensation strategies through creative inputs combined with data analysis and an understanding of the company's future challenges (variable pay plans, market positioning, salary range analysis, pay mix analysis, etc.)
- Design, restructure, deliver and implement new remuneration & benefits strategies for the organization
- Manage all C&B related stakeholders internally and externally
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design, review and update HR policies & processes bringing about harmonization
- Provide regular C&B consulting support to the business in order to ensure that all decisions/actions related to C&B are in line with the organizational philosophy and guidelines
- Lead/manage all employee benefits through a team of Assistant Managers
