- Company's Campus Hiring Strategy & Programs Bringing alive Company's Employer Value Proposition Strategic TA practices & processes
- Key Expectations Identifying & onboarding the right fit for Leadership positions in time.
- Developing & deploying the campus recruitment strategy for Company to be in the top 10 Employers of Choice at key institutes
- Creating & deploying Company's campus program strategy from hiring, onboarding to the trainee program design, role allocation.
- Ensuring execution of the existing programs as well as building rigour through design/ strategy change as & when required such as MT, GET, Retail Trainee, Design Trainee, Opto Trainee hiring programs
- Identifying the opportunity for leveraging campus as a source for core competencies of Developing a long-term strategy for leveraging social media & other alternate sources of hiring.
- Creating & deploying customized recruitment solutions in form of process, technology & tools for key functions of Building hiring capability across the HRBP team
- Ensuring standardized practices for hiring are followed across the board - training the hiring managers on the practicies, dipstick checks to ensure deployment, review & feedback on improving processes Reporting Team Manager
