We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Head - OE & TM for a well-known Listed Company in Manufacturing Industry, Mumbai.

Qualification : MBA - HR

Reports in to : CHRO

Team leading role:

- The Head OE & TM will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our organization.

- He/She will lead and manage a team of professionals to execute various HR programs, initiatives, and projects pertaining to talent development, succession planning, change management, performance management, employee productivity and employee engagement.

Skills required :

- 18+ years in HR policies, regulations, and best practices.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing organization effectiveness strategies, talent management, change management, HRBP, Strategic HRM and performance management programs.
