Job Description - Responsible for all HR Related activities
Client Details: Our client is a Global Medical Devices Manufacturing MNC
Description:
- Provide HR consultation, coaching & functional advice to drive business & people agenda through managers and as the partner
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Point of contact for functional global HRBPs
- Plan & Manage execution of key plans, programs, deliver through self, global HR business partners, HR Ops, Managers, in a multinational, environment
- Identify and solve complex problems based on organizational insights, mindful of people and financial impact
- Drive organization culture and foster growth and be responsible to drive end-to-end Talent Engagement Agenda for this Company Oversees processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises, sales incentives) and system updates
- Coordinates talent acquisition processes with hiring managers and assists with recruitment tasks as needed
- Provides support for on boarding and off-boarding team members
- Administers payroll and benefits for employees, including annual benefits enrolment. Responds to payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Assists in immigration and VISA administration.
Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR post MBA (Fulltime) in HR
- Ability to work in an Individual Contributor capacity
- Candidates from Tier 1/2 B-Schools preferred
- Experience in the medical device industry or a product based organisation will be highly preferred
- Experience in both Start ups and Global Organisations will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Law is a MUST
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort working 5 days from office
